Cheongna Dalton School (CDS) is a coeducational international school under the motto Pioneering to Serve. We follow the Dalton Plan, a progressive educational model created by Helen Parkhurst in the early 20th century. CDS provides students an opportunity to develop their own talents and ability, as well as to learn to respect others within and outside of their communities and countries.

CDS is currently the only international school established by the non-profit Korean education foundation. Our foundation is set and committed to the Dalton Plan in pursuing the cultivation of the creativity, self-driven academic ability, adaptability, leadership and teamwork which are the key stones for the students leading the future with the faculty members from all over the world.

CDS actively seeks and welcomes dedicated, collaborative, creative, positive and fun teachers to join our team! We provide great opportunities to teachers in maximizing their potentials and grow within.

I have been a school-level user of Schrole for recruiting for the last three hiring cycles and have found the platform they provide to be intuitive and comprehensive. The user interface stands out from others in the market as a crisp interface with the right level of features included at the right places. For me, the top two features are the ability to create school-specific application questions for applicants, and the availability of a short and long form applicant documentation PDF. If you’re looking for a recruiting platform, I highly recommend considering Schrole.
